Isobar launches new mobile website for Philips ReAura
Full service digital communications agency Isobar has launched a mobile website for Philips RéAura. Philips RéAura is a device for home usage that rejuvinates the skin with laser therapy. The mobile website is part of a large campagne in association with Carat.
The mobile website focusses mainly on consumers who see this product in store for the first time and who are looking for more information on what it is, how it works and what it does. Via a QR-code that's printed on the package, the consumer instantly gets directed to the website and gets to see all available information on the Philips RéAura.
Technique
The mobile website is built in HTML5 with CSS3 for the visuals, with a bit of help from the Sencha Touch framework. This framework is compatible with all modern touch-smartphones. Beside the website is scalable, so it's viewable on a variation of mobile screensizes. Consumers can make a call to the RéAura expert team right from within the app, for specialized explaination about the effects of the device and guidance for using it.
About the campaign
The campaign was set up to introduce the RéAura in the Netherlands and has to create more awareness around the product. Because it's a very complex product, the campaign focusses on explaining the variaty of functions of the RéAura.
The campaign will be active from october until the end of this year. Via print, online and tv (for example in-show at tv-show Beauty Plus) more awareness is being created around the product. By buying large pages in print there's room to explain all about the product, online the product will be mentioned on blogs who reviewed the device. The RéAura is exclusively available at Douglas stores.
